Do you require a minimum credit score?

We prefer 620+ but evaluate each deal holistically. Strong collateral, experience, and deal metrics can offset lower credit scores.

Are your loans for owner-occupied properties?

No. All Simply Capital loans are for investment properties only. We do not lend on primary residences.

What states do you lend in?
